Creative Videographer
Full-Time Position: 40 Hours
The Creative Videographer serves as a visual storyteller for Crossroads Church, helping communicate the mission, vision, and ministry of the church through compelling, high-quality video content. This role collaborates closely with the Creative Arts Pastor and Communications team to produce engaging visual media for weekend services, online platforms, ministry initiatives, and special events.
The ideal candidate is both highly creative and highly organized. Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands visual storytelling at a high level, and can execute projects from concept to completion with excellence, efficiency, and heart.

MLI Administrative Assistant
Part-Time Position: 20 Hours
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Ministry Leadership Institute.
The Ministry Leadership Institute (MLI) is more than a school – it’s a launching pad for leaders who will influence the Church, non-profits, the marketplace, and communities for generations. We don’t just train minds; we shape whole people, equipping them to carry the mission of Christ into every sphere of life. Think of MLI as a trade school for ministry and leadership – deeply intentional theological training combined with hands-on apprenticeships, personalized mentoring, and the strength of a learning community. Students of all ages walk away with wisdom, spiritual maturity, and the courage to lead with both conviction and compassion.
The MLI Administrative Assistant provides organizational, operational, and student support for MLI. This role ensures efficient execution of academic, ministry, and leadership development processes while creating an exceptional experience for students, instructors, and ministry leaders. The Administrative Assistant serves as the organizational backbone of MLI, helping develop future pastors, ministry leaders, missionaries, and church staff through quality administration, communication, and hospitality.

Web Developer
Part-Time Position: 20 Hours
The Web Developer is responsible for the design, development, maintenance, and optimization of Crossroads Church’s digital platforms. This position ensures that the church’s websites, web applications, and online experiences effectively support the mission of helping people find and follow Jesus. The Web Developer works closely with Creative Arts, Communications, Ministry Leaders, and Operations teams to create engaging, user-friendly, and data-driven digital experiences.
Student Ministry Administrative Assistant
Full Time Position: 40 Hours
Crossroads Church is growing like never before, and we’re pumped to be adding an Administrative Assistant to our Student Ministry team! This role is all about supporting our Student Pastor in serving 7th-12th grade students and helping them grow in their faith, build relationships, and step into their calling as followers of Jesus. A part of what you’ll get to focus on is shepherding students, pouring into leaders, helping carry out vision, and using organizational skills to keep StuCrew moving with clarity, consistency, and excellence.
This is a full-time administrative role that will also have a highly relational emphasis. If you’re passionate about Jesus, love working with students, and thrive in a team environment where vision and structure meet reel-life impact, we’d love for you to apply for this position.
